Cancellation Policy

Your session is reserved only after the required $199 non-refundable, non-transferable reservation payment has been received. Fall Mini Sessions are 15 minutes and reserved for one immediate family/household only (parent(s) and their children). Extended or multi-generational family members, including grandparents, are not included. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early and ready to begin at your scheduled time. Late arrival will reduce your available photographing time and will not extend your scheduled end time. Due to the short nature of these sessions, Alogs Photography reserves the right to cancel a session due to tardiness when insufficient time remains to reasonably complete it. In this circumstance, the reservation payment is forfeited and no refund or credit will be issued. Your $325 Fall Mini Session includes 3 professionally edited digital images of your choice. Additional images/products may be purchased separately. If selected at booking, the $225 Full Gallery Upgrade includes all successful professionally edited images from your session, with 30+ images guaranteed. WEATHER & FALL FOLIAGE: Fall Mini Sessions are outdoor sessions and are subject to weather conditions. If Alogs Photography determines that weather conditions are unsuitable on Sunday, October 25, 2026, the designated rain/makeup date will be Sunday, November 1, 2026. Session times on the makeup date may be adjusted as necessary based on available natural light. By booking, clients acknowledge the seasonal nature of these sessions and agree to make reasonable efforts to remain available for the designated makeup date. Fall foliage is a natural element and cannot be guaranteed on either the original session date or the makeup date. The amount, color and condition of the leaves may change due to wind, rain, temperature or other natural conditions outside of the photographer's control. Changes in foliage alone are not grounds for cancellation, rescheduling, refund or credit. If weather requires use of the designated makeup date, inability or unwillingness to attend does not entitle the client to a refund or credit of the reservation payment. Any additional accommodation, if offered, is at the photographer's discretion and subject to availability. A Zoom ordering appointment must be completed within one week following the session to view your images and make your selections. Appointment times are based on photographer availability.
